Shannon Wells is a professional with a diverse background and a strong commitment to her community. Originally from Lawton, Oklahoma, she began her educational journey at Cameron University before pursuing her passion for interior design at Endicott University in Beverly, Massachusetts. During her time on the East Coast, Shannon had the privilege of interning at the prestigious Boston Design Center, gaining valuable experience in the industry. She furthered her expertise by obtaining certification with the American Society of Home Stagers and Designers. While in New England, Shannon also had the opportunity to indulge her love for equestrianism. She actively participated in the interior design projects for the Parade of Homes, as well as residential and commercial ventures. Additionally, she served as a buyer at the Dallas Market, expanding her knowledge and connections within the industry.
In 2014, Shannon transitioned into the field of dental marketing, managing Blue Star Dental Lab and successfully marketing to doctors nationwide. However, her true calling in commercial real estate emerged in 2016 when she joined Insight Commercial Brokers. Seeking new challenges and growth, she joined Cummins-Setters Commercial Partners in 2020, quickly obtaining her broker’s license. Later that year, Shannon assumed the role of Director of Ariston’s Commercial Real Estate Division in Oklahoma City. In early 2022, she founded her own company, Artemis Commercial Group, Shannon has already achieved remarkable success with record-breaking closings totaling over $33 million in 2022 alone. With the ability to transact in 48 states and a dedicated national site selection team, Artemis Commercial Group is well-equipped to handle commercial development projects nationwide.
Shannon’s expertise extends beyond traditional commercial real estate. She has worked closely with fuel companies, C-store investors, and currently focuses on multiple industrial developments nationwide with global tenants. Her extensive experience and knowledge in these areas make her a valuable asset to clients in the commercial real estate industry. Driven by her competitive spirit and unwavering integrity, Shannon is dedicated to enhancing economic growth in the Oklahoma City community and surrounding areas. She actively contributes to her local community. In her leisure time, Shannon enjoys hiking, golf, travel and in the past has enjoyed coaching her daughter’s recreational soccer teams, drawing on her own experience as a former player. However, her greatest pride and joy come from being a devoted mother to her two daughters.
